Hey Shaunta! Day before yesterday, I was caught up in a work so mindfully that I stopped working at 10 pm. Sleep was horrible and I woke up tired. Had to take a day off. I then decided to employ what I'd read in Robin Sharma's 5 AM Club recently.
Switch off your devices one-by-one after 8 pm. Doesn't necessarily have to be the same time. But if you do it gradually, you can transition your way to getting off work rather than breaking it in one go.
